China Overseas Charity Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund") was initiated and established by China Overseas Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "China Overseas") in 2005, and officially registered as a non-profit charitable organization in Hong Kong in 2009. The purpose of establishing the Fund by China Overseas is to provide support and assistance to groups in need in the community, and to strive for cooperation with the government, non-governmental organizations and community institutions to provide services in three major areas—youth development, education and community care—in Hong Kong and the Mainland 麻豆影视.
